About Suzy

Hi, Suzy here.

I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist, real food lover and enthusiastic (and messy!) home cook.

After spending almost a decade working in London as a lawyer, I was feeling off balance – even though I considered myself to be ‘healthy’, my fast-paced lifestyle, high stress levels and lack of direction in life was taking its toll. I was eating all the ‘right’ things, but not the right things for me at that time. As a result, I found myself run-down, tired yet wired, suffering with chronic infections and mood swings.

What food
means to me

Food is made up of more than just nutrients. It is central to our health and happiness – it can nourish our bodies, comfort our souls, evoke memories and spark conversations. It brings us together and has a profound impact on our lives. Without it, our days would be a lot less colourful.

Sadly, many of us have lost connection with our food and the land that it comes from. I encourage clients to find balance through seasonal, sustainable, and mindful eating that brings joy back into mealtimes.

Nutrition is only one component of good health. I have learned first-hand that sleep, stress levels, toxic exposure and movement also play a part in our overall health. When one of these pillars of health is unstable, it throws everything else off balance. I help clients look at each of these components, and how they impact their health in ways they might not have recognised.

My Nutritional Therapy practice

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, offering personalised, one-to-one Nutritional Therapy consultations to help bring you back into balance, and achieve your health goals. I have a particular focus on women’s health, and the wide-reaching effect our hormones can have on our wellbeing.

My own love of food and eating goes to the heart of my practice. I am not about restriction, complicated diet plans or expensive ‘superfoods’. I empower clients to build positive relationships with food, practice self-compassion and grow healthy habits that will last for a lifetime.
