I’ve gone from meeting myself coming back, never relaxing, taking no time for myself, and just filling myself with all the wrong foods, to – wait for it – finding myself again, the old me, maybe not as I was, but the old me in a new version.
I have to say it’s been a real life change for me, as I never thought that I would feel this good again. I feel happy, and content that what I’m doing is working. It’s never going to be a quick fix, but I can honestly say this has not been hard to do, it’s been a real pleasure working with Suzy, and actually understanding what we eat makes a real difference to how we feel and look.

After going through menopause my confidence took a nosedive and my hormones went haywire. With no answers from my GP, my daughter told me about Suzy. I admit I was very sceptical about how much nutritional therapy could help but I was also desperate.
My first meeting with Suzy was incredible. It was like meeting up with an old friend, she is so easy to talk to and after years of being dismissed by the healthcare system, I finally felt seen and heard. Working from my symptoms and lab results, Suzy introduced nutritional guidance, workout recommendations as well as a supplement protocol and I feel back to me again.
I can’t recommend Suzy enough, I’m so grateful for everything she’s done and the life she has given back to me.

Suzy is just wonderful. She really takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and doesn’t just give you a ‘blanket’ diet to follow like other nutritionists I’ve seen.
Every piece of advice Suzy gives is considered and her health plans are so informative and genuinely helpful. She adapts the plans based on your needs, and I’ve always felt supported when I’ve struggled to make a change or deviated from the plan, instead of feeling like I’m being told off.
She’s always available if you need advice or want to double check something and I genuinely feel brighter and more positive since working with Suzy

I’ve been working with Suzy for a while now, and can honestly say I will be forever grateful for how she has helped me. Purely from Suzy’s recommendation I was diagnosed by my GP as having quite a serious deficiency – this had, and would have continually gone on for years undetected had it not been for Suzy. I decided to talk to Suzy because I just generally wasn’t feeling great – tired a lot of the time, frequent headaches, bloating, etc and I just couldn’t work it out myself. I have done a bit of reading but needed someone to put it all together for me in a way that was easy to understand and implement.

Speaking with Suzy about my health and specific challenges felt comfortable, and she created a safe space for me to share and ask questions. She developed a great health optimisation plan, which included a low FODMAP trial, for me to follow and I have seen good results from it.
