Green goodness smoothie

A gorgeous green smoothie full of goodness. Avocado and chia seeds are a great source of healthy fats, while hemp seeds provide protein – both of which will help you stay full and satisfied for longer. 

Ingredients (serves 1): 

  • 250ml coconut water 
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Large handful spinach 
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon 
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. For an extra nutritious boost, sprinkle with bee pollen at the end. Enjoy!
