
Like ice cream, but healthier (and no less tasty – honest). This one is packed with antioxidants from the berries, and protein from the yogurt – making it a great snack or pudding.
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1/2 frozen banana (ideally broken into chunks before being frozen)
- 150g frozen berries (I like blueberries, but use whatever you fancy)
- 200g Greek yogurt
- Optional: Sliced almonds, to top
Method:
Stick all the ingredients, except the almonds, in a food processor and blend till smooth. Top with the almonds and enjoy quickly before it melts!
