I work with couples to optimise their fertility, helping them on their journey to a healthy pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
For many of us, for the majority of our lives we’ve been trying hard not to get pregnant. Maybe it was drilled into you at school that having sex would lead to getting pregnant, no matter what stage of your cycle. TV and movies didn’t help to dispel this myth either – for fictional characters, that one time they had sex always seemed to lead to a positive pregnancy test. And maybe it feels like everyone you know pops out children without any trouble.
But now you’re actively trying to conceive, it turns out that it’s not as simple as you thought. And you’re not alone. The reality is that 1 in 6 couples experience infertility in their lifetime. But we don’t really talk about this, which can leave those struggling to get pregnant feeling alone and lost.
Trying for a baby is a strange time, a rollercoaster from month to month of waiting, wondering, tracking and hoping. On the surface, life continues as normal, and yet everything might be on hold waiting for that positive pregnancy test. You’re surrounded by an overload of information from the internet and well-meaning friends and family, but don’t know what to trust.
If this is you, I can help.
I am here to sift through the science and support you and your fertility with achievable, compassionate, evidence-based advice.
When it comes to fertility, it’s not all doom and gloom. Yes, there are some things we can’t change, like age and genetics, but diet and lifestyle can absolutely make a difference. Not only that, you’re going to create healthy habits that will last you for life, and impact those around you too.
I believe trying to conceive is actually the perfect time to focus on you and your health, doing something empowering and positive for you, that will stand you in good stead for a healthy pregnancy and far into the future.
I work with couples who are struggling to conceive, who have had repeated miscarriages, or failed IVF attempts, looking at diet and lifestyle to help optimise their chances of a healthy pregnancy.

- You feel like researching fertility and tracking your cycle is dominating your day-to-day life
- You feel pressured into buying lots of expensive supplements in the hope that they’ll be the answer
- You are super stressed even though you have read all about how terrible stress is when trying to conceive
- You feel the pressure of time ticking on every time you get your period, and each cycle is an emotional roller coaster from start to finish
- You can’t get the answers you want from your doctor and don’t feel you’ve got to the bottom of what’s going on with your health
How I can help:
- Investigating and supporting potential hormonal imbalances, health issues or nutritional shortcomings
- Supporting egg and sperm health ahead of conception
- Supporting implantation rates
- Supporting women with diagnosed conditions like PCOS or endometriosis, which might be impacting your fertility
- Suggesting the right supplements and testing for you and your partner

We will be a good fit if:
- You and your partner are both ready and willing to make changes to your diet and lifestyle in order to optimise your fertility
- You both have the time and resources to commit to making these changes, meeting regularly with me over a period of at least 3 months
- You understand that it takes time and effort to see results, and that usually there is no quick fix or magic pill when it comes to fertility
- You are happy to invest in supplements and testing, as may be required
