I love this creamy mango smoothie, jazzed up with a hit of spice. You can find frozen mango in most supermarkets, and it’s a great staple to have in the freezer. Because of the oats, yogurt and coconut milk, this feels like a proper breakfast in a glass – which will fill you up and keep you going for longer.
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 100ml coconut milk (from tin)
- Large pinch cumin seeds or large pinch ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 4 ice cubes
- Optional: 1 teaspoon runny honey
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
