Tofu, anchovy & harissa dressing

A super easy dressing to put on salads, roasted veggies or grains. Tofu is a great source of plant protein, while anchovies provide omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pack firm silken tofu (350g)
  • 2 heaped teaspoons apricot / rose harissa
  • 3x anchovy fillets 

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz till smooth.
